Dr. Fola Rogers – PhD, PGCEE, PGD

An international health and education consultant

Fola is the African Emotional Support Counselling Service Manager with Terrence Higgins Trust (THT, a charity for HIV and Sexual Health) UK. She has worked mainly in capacity building of health, education and social care projects with individuals, women & children, families & groups in diverse communities across the globe. She is known to be dedicated to the helping profession. She is an accomplished professional who has won different awards and also has many publications to her credit relating to her achievement on her work in counselling and emotional support. Her passion for education and child development is what captured her interest in peace education.

When she met EZ in 2003, she quickly identified with the ADF vision. She organised the membership drive for ADF in 2004 and hosted ADF members from the USA in London as a foundation to starting the regional office in UK. Fola was very active at the ADF summit in Los Angeles, 2007. She attended the African Union (AU) summit in Cairo Egypt, 2007 and is also attending Youth for Human Rights summit, Geneva 2010 on the platform of ADF.  

She is happily married with children and a grandchild
